Some smartphones have advanced battery optimizations that may block the proper functioning of the Octavio Virtuose application.
Indeed, some models limit the consumption of the application when your phone is locked (which may cause problems with music sequences when your phone is locked because the application is no longer kept alive).
To work around these problems, here are our recommendations:
• Go to your phone settings
• Click on Apps
• Select the Virtuose application
• Under the Battery section then Battery optimization
• Select the Do not optimize option
