Delivery costs and associated delivery times may differ depending on the country of delivery.
An estimated delivery date for each specific product is available on the product page. These estimates are given as an indication for the customer, based on usual delivery conditions, but should not be considered due.

Delivery times not respected
The IOT Symphony company declines all responsibility for delivery times. Shipping and delivery depends on each carrier, the customer is requested to contact them in the event of a problem.
Terms of delivery
Home delivery via UPS or by post (at the customer's choice), with or without signature, in 48/72 hours (metropolitan France), delivery can be offered on the purchase of certain products. Delivery rates are calculated automatically.
Delivery to a relay point, within an average of 3 working days (metropolitan France), delivery to a relay point may be offered for certain products, delivery may be offered on the purchase of certain products. Delivery rates are calculated automatically. Relay point delivery may not always be available.
For compatible items (audio cables, adapters), home delivery can be made with a postal letter, within 2 to 4 days.
The times indicated are estimates and may vary according to the constraints of the carriers.
Shipping to the DOM-TOMs: shipping to the DOM-TOMs is done by Colissimo, delivery costs payable by the customer may be added. Fees and taxes upon receipt of the package may be added and are payable by the customer. Deadlines may be extended.
In order to reduce its carbon impact, IOT SYMPHONY offers the option (free of charge, at no extra cost) of choosing to receive your Octavio device in a reusable Hipli package, the use of a reusable Hipli package does not is not possible with all products (size, weight constraints), so only compatible orders will be sent in Hipli packages. Aware of the ecological impact of e-commerce, we only use recycled and recyclable packaging and we encourage you to use the most neutral delivery options possible (Hipli, Point Relais).
Delivery to other EU countries
Delivery to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden, delivery is made by post (for certain countries) or Chronopost (for certain countries). Part of the delivery cost is borne by the customer, IOT SYMPHONY bears a large part of the delivery costs. For compatible items (audio cables), shipping can be done by postal letter. Delivery costs are calculated automatically.
Standard delivery costs are offered for certain countries in the EU. This is particularly the case for the following countries:
France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Poland.
Delivery to other countries
All countries are not yet available for delivery, for other countries. The cost of delivery is partly borne by the customer. For deliveries made outside the European Union, customs fees and taxes may be applied. The customer is liable for these taxes.
