Refund policy

IOT Symphony gives you the possibility to return the products within 30 days after the date of receipt of your package if they do not suit you.

Return procedure: before any return, the customer must contact Octavio at support@octavio.fr to inform him of his return.

If you have paid shipping costs, the shipping costs are not refundable, the cost of shipping will be automatically deducted from your refund.

The return is at the expense of the customer who will have to send back his product by his own means (he will have in this case to contact us by e-mail beforehand at the address: support@octavio.fr).

The return is at the customer's risk. The Product must imperatively be returned in its original packaging and in its original state, accompanied if possible by the delivery note received in the order.

When returning a product you can ask for a refund, an exchange or a credit note.

Products ordered in pre-order are not eligible for return, you can retract your pre-order purchases until the date of shipment of your products.

Refunds

Once received, your return will be reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your return. We will also send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Once your return is accepted, the refund will be initiated and the amount will be automatically added to the payment card or Paypal account used for the purchase. After approval of the return, the processing time to obtain your refund may take up to 14 days.

Exchange

You can choose to have items replaced if they are defective or damaged.

Credit note

You can also choose a refund with a credit note or a coupon.
