Personal data: Personal data is information linked to people, whose identity is identified or can be identified (name, address, email, telephone, etc.).

We process personal data that we receive in the context of our business and service relationships. This personal data includes your identity (last name, first name, etc.), your contact details, your postal address, your email address, your telephone number, etc. This may also include data relating to orders, advertising and commercial data, contact to ask you for an opinion on the product, offers as well as data required to fulfill legal obligations. Within IOT Symphony, only employees who need your data to meet contractual and/or legal obligations have access to it. In order to achieve the stated purposes, your character data may be disclosed to the following recipients: IT companies for the provision, service and maintenance of our IT system as well as to carry out the IT purposes of the processing data, tax advisor and fiduciary agents for the purposes and in the interest of fulfilling our tax obligations, insurance or claims reporting portals, for claims management and billing in the event of claims, marketing partners provided that you have given your consent, after-sales partners, legal representations, security authorities, courts or competent authorities for legal proceedings.

Backup duration: The data is only saved for the required duration for which we have entered your data. Personal data is stored for as long as the legal retention obligation persists.

Your rights : In accordance with applicable law, you are entitled to: check whether and, if so, which personal data we are processing, and receive copies of the data in question. You can demand that personal data that is erroneous or does not comply with the law be rectified, supplemented or deleted.
