General conditions of use of Club Octavio
This page describes the general conditions of use of Club Octavio (hereinafter referred to as “the service”).

Access to the service is reserved for users:

Account creation:

The user undertakes not to infringe all intellectual property rights relating to the service and the company IOT Symphony (and the Octavio brand). In particular, it undertakes not to reproduce, copy, disseminate, distribute, communicate, assign or represent on media with commercial purposes, the elements and contents of the service.
The user is prohibited from distributing and/or prospecting for commercial purposes on the service, and is prohibited from distributing content that could be harmful to other users.
The user recognizes the public nature, viewable by all users, of the discussion spaces and therefore refrains from entering contact details or personal data.

Club users join the incentive program set up by Octavio. They can earn points by sharing information, or carrying out actions proposed by IOT SYMPHONY. The points balance is visible on their (private) profile page. Users can request the exchange of their points for rewards offered by IOT SYMPHONY on the service.
IOT SYMPHONY grants itself the right to award or reward points at its sole discretion.
Any sharing or abuse of a sponsorship link may result in the deletion of a user account.
Intellectual property :
The user is not authorized to download or modify all or part of the service and in particular its content. This service or part of this service may not be copied, reproduced, sold or exploited in any way without the written permission of IOT SYMPHONY.
