General conditions of use of Club Octavio
This page describes the general conditions of use of Club Octavio (hereinafter referred to as “the service”).
The general conditions of use of the site www.octavio.fr, the general conditions of sale of the company IOT Symphony, are accessible on the website: www.octavio.fr .
Access to the service is reserved for users:
owning (or able to have access to a product from the Octavio range);
at least 13 years old, or who has exceeded the minimum age required under the laws of their country of residence;
able to use the service, according to the regulations in force in their country of residence;
who has never been temporarily or permanently suspended from service.
To use the service, the user must create an account (hereinafter "the account), by providing an email address, a user name and a password.

In particular, it undertakes not to reproduce, copy, disseminate, distribute, communicate, assign or represent on media with commercial purposes, the elements and contents of the service.
The user is prohibited from distributing and/or prospecting for commercial purposes on the service, and is prohibited from distributing content that could be harmful to other users.
The user recognizes the public nature, viewable by all users, of the discussion spaces and therefore refrains from entering contact details or personal data.

The points balance is visible on their (private) profile page. Users can request the exchange of their points for rewards offered by IOT SYMPHONY on the service.
IOT SYMPHONY grants itself the right to award or reward points at its sole discretion.
Any sharing or abuse of a sponsorship link may result in the deletion of a user account.
Intellectual property :
The user is not authorized to download or modify all or part of the service and in particular its content. This service or part of this service may not be copied, reproduced, sold or exploited in any way without the written permission of IOT SYMPHONY.
